“The Kansas Horse Council Foundation is a 501c3 founded in 2003 whose mission is encouraging learning and higher education pursuits of individuals involved in the equine industry. The goal of the KHC Foundation is to support these endeavors through a scholarship program which is funded by proceeds from the Silent Auction held annually at Equifest of Kansas, as well as by private donations throughout the year. The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors.
